At 33, my health collapsed, crashing me into a very demanding phase. Yet, I firmly refused to let it define me or label it as an illness.
I'm Heidi, a Swiss-born hotelier and business trailblazer, blending corporate expertise with conscious insight. A world traveler, transformative recruiter, certified yoga teacher, and dedicated mentor.
I’ve always felt the world differently. Born highly sensitive, I experience emotions and energy with an intensity that has profoundly shaped my path, now, I'm using my sixth sense to unlock yours!
This gift wasn't always easy, it was tough to navigate - but it endowed me with the ability to connect deeply, understand unspoken needs, and see possibilities that most would miss.
Born in the majestic mountains of Appenzell, Switzerland, I didn’t just feel the world around me, I lived it, intensely. My birthplace, Appenzell, is known for its powerful energy and has given rise to many healers. Growing up in this environment grounded me in purpose and connected me to the land’s natural frequencies, which nurtured my innate gifts.
Gifted with a finely tuned sixth sense, I turned my deep empathy into a tool that helps others reach their full potential. My father, a pivotal influence and an architect by profession, instilled in me the power of mindset from an early age. Inspired by ‘The Power of Positive Thinking,’ he built his dreams with resilience and positivity, showing me that these qualities can shape any reality.
My leap into the world.
My hospitality journey began at the age of 15 in Geneva, where I worked as an Au Pair, sparking my passion for global cultures and service. I honed my expertise at Switzerland’s EHL Swiss School of Tourism and SHL (Swiss School of Hotel Management) in Lucerne, then expanded my knowledge by immersing myself in the language and culture of Washington D.C., where I gained valuable work experience. I then moved to Nashville, further building my industry knowledge and skills. From there, I continued my global journey to Madrid and Buenos Aires before immersing myself in the island culture of the Maldives. A separate milestone was my time as an International Hostess on Silversea cruise ships, a unique opportunity that added a new dimension to my professional experience. Post-graduation, I sharpened my business management skills in Miami as an Executive Assistant to the Area Vice President of SBE Company, before becoming the Assistant Managing Director at Kempinski in Berlin.

Life was a whirlwind of success until a severe health crisis in Berlin brought me to my knees, threatening to dictate a decade of treatment.
This transformative experience led me to become certified in yoga and adopt various healing methodologies.
Refusing to let illness define me, I walked out of a Swiss hospital, determined to reclaim my vitality and reinvent myself.
Now, I use my journey as a beacon to empower others, guiding them to find their strength and carve their own paths forward.
From this immense struggle, I discovered a strength I never knew I had.
This experience was the catalyst that transformed me into a coach.
I became co-owner at WIPS, and Managing Director of an international recruitment agency founded in Switzerland in 1988 specializing in luxury hospitality. WIPS became more than a business; it was a platform where I could bring heart and intention to recruitment, creating meaningful connections for both candidates and industry leaders.
My empathy and intuition guide professionals to new heights by revealing that career blocks often stem from deeper personal and professional issues, not just resume flaws. I help clear these hidden barriers for significant breakthroughs.
